Fines:
1. Club bonds will be used to pay fines.
2. All Fines are minimum $25.00.
3. The following will cause a club to be
fined:
* Knowingly placing a team in the wrong
age division.
* Pulling a team from the schedule.
* Adding a team after the schedules have been completed.
* Refusing to play a scheduled game. (Team
will be sanctioned/disciplined.)
* Using a travel player. (Team will be sanctioned/disciplined.)
* Improper information on the home
schedules.
* Not attending a mandatory meeting.
* Incident report that requires SSI to form a
committee to resolve the issue.
4. Fines
that will exceed $25.00:
Failure
to comply with SSI procedures,
· Such as paper work or home schedules re
entered by SSI committee.
· The following is a fine structure for
SSI to re-enter the schedule because the club could NOT follow procedures;
· Clubs with 1-5 teams $25.00 fine
· Clubs with 6-12 teams $ 50.00 fine
· Clubs with 13 or more $ 75.00 fine.
5. Clubs that are fined could be further
sanctioned / disciplined by SSI and placed on probation.
6. Referees
fee will be taken from the bond if that club did not pay the referee at time of
the game, and the fine is twice the fee paid to SSI.
7. Failure to reimburse or contacting the
referee on a cancellation of a game will result in not getting a referee in the
future. And the minimum fine for not paying the referee is twice the fee.
Games are to
be played as per scheduled:
Teams who refuse to play will be
sanctioned and disciplined.
All game MUST be played
Clubs that allow this, will be putting their Club on probation in the SSI
program.
Also teams are to play the
designed format in which that age group is to play.
Such as ( 8V8
) ( 9 V 9 )
If a club registers too many play for that team, they can not demand the other team
to play more to accommodate the larger roster. These are development teams with
a structure to play small sided to teach and learn not just winning.
