Important Deadlines and Timeline

• Club/Coordinators Meeting – January 25

• Game Change/Time Request Forms Due – January 25

• SSI registration closed for entering teams – FEBRUARY 1

• Initial Alignments Released – February 3

• Alignment Change Requests Due – February 5

• Final Alignment Released – February 7

• Home Game Scheduling Begins – February 8

• Home Game Schedules Due from Clubs – February 15

• All schedules U8-U19 Released – March 1

• All SSI Referee Schedules Released – March  8

• Opening date first weekend: March 29-30

Game Request Procedure

• If game request is approved:

• All game request / to be played  on March 22-23 weekend.

• All rain out games are to be made-up following weekend on alternate day.

• Must inform SSI age division supervisor of Game and approved by home club coordinator. 

Important Information and Changes from Fall 2023

• No team should be registered if they do not meet the US Club roster requirements.

• Minimum Roster Requirements:

  • 7v7 – Minimum 12 players

  • 9v9 – Minimum 13 players 

  • 11v11 – Minimum 14 players

• All teams MUST have two coaches  in order to register.

• Teams will not be entered into SSI alignment or schedule if not paid in full.

• Sharing players will not be permitted without form filled out ahead of time.
